What are the hours of operation?
Our main office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Closed Saturday and Sunday. We are closed during lunch at 12:00PM, we reopen at 1:ooPM

How low are the monthly payments for a lot in Villa-Rama East?
This will depend on your credit and type of lot, for more information please call us.
Are these lots ready to start a construction?
All our lots include water meter and sewer services connected to Hidalgo MUD #1
Is it a gated community?
Not at the moment.
Do I need an appointment to inquire about a lot?
No appointment necessary, you can visit our main office during regular business hours.
RAMMAR STORAGE
When can can I access my unit?
Units are available for access, Monday through Sunday from 8:00AM to 6:30PM
Is there a limit on the amount of units I can rent?
No.What type of security do you have?
Our facilites are properly fenced and secured by an array of motion sensors that activates everyday from 7:00PM to 7:00AM
Can I access my unit directly?
All visitors have to report to the main office before accessing their unit to open the main gate, the key has to be returned as soon as possible. (valid photo ID required)
